Those on the receiving end of gratitude are nearly twice as likely to be highly engaged and over four times more likely to be happy at work, according to the workhuman IQ 2021 survey report.
53% say they would stay at their organization longer if they felt more appreciation for their work.
Here's a quick tip: "Be laser-focused when giving acknowledgement." (Source) Reference specific actions and qualities rather than offering a generic "thank you".
