This training program, based upon The 5 Languages of Appreciation in the Workplace: Empowering Organizations by Encouraging People, by Gary Chapman and Paul White  teaches participants to effectively communicate appreciation to employees, co-workers, and team members. 

Your organization will transform as participants:

  • Learn to effectively communicate appreciation to teammates in ways meaningful to the receiver
  • Improve employee engagement & retention when these concepts are applied; reduce turnover and improve engagement through effective appreciation
  • Increase understanding of each other’s differences (this training is a strong complement to personality profiles like DISC, MBTI, StrengthsFinder, etc.)
  • Develop emotional intelligence skills though appreciation growth

Motivating by Appreciation Inventory

Prior to training all participants will take the Motivating By Appreciation Inventory, an on-line assessment.
